This firm, fluid and connective massage promotes relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and reduce stress. It moves blood and lymph, stimulates your muscles and organs and helps to restore balance to both the body and mind.
This is NOT a deep tissue massage. If you require a massage that addresses knots, scar tissue and injuries please book a Deep Tissue massage.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage is highly effective for reducing or alleviating chronic muscular pain due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and lingering injuries. It improves range of motion in restricted joints and breaks down scar tissue. Soreness is pretty common a day or two after the treatment, and plenty of water should be ingested to help with the flushing and removal of toxins that are released.

Acutonics uses tuning forks calibrated to planetary frequencies to stimulate acupuncture points and muscles in the body to promote healing, relaxation and pain relief.
The price listed is for 2 people. I will provide tuning forks for the lesson. We will be working with 2 mid Ohm tuning forks. If you are interested in purchasing them on your own they can be found at Acutonics.com or for less expensive on Amazon.com
During this private lesson you will learn to apply tuning forks to various acupuncture points on the body to promote relaxation and pain relief to the neck, shoulders, back and glutes. We will also cover points for digestive issues, constipation, diarrhea and energy balancing. You will work on each other and walk away with skills that you can use on your partner, family and friends.
